My professional experience spans 20 years, spent as a Finance Director or Company Secretary helping to develop and grow businesses. I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.

Being independent I offer an unbiased view and you would benefit from my experience at a fraction of the cost of employing full time finance staff. Whether it’s a longer term project or a shorter more urgent piece of work I can help you.

I have a have a friendly ‘non consultant’ style and my flexible approach means that I can work for a client part time or for longer contracted periods. The frequency is always dictated by the client so they can control the cost. I can work at your offices, or remotely, including telephone support.

Some of my clients like me to work for them on an ad-hoc project or perhaps to attend their board meetings, and others call me in to work regularly with their staff, helping to train and mentor them.

There are many examples where my fresh pair of expert eyes have spotted a quick fix to save money and increase profits. Using CFM for financial management enables you and your staff to continue to focus on running the business.
